Visiting the website
When you open a page, our web server records technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use these logs only to run the website, keep it secure and find errors, and we keep them no longer than necessary for these purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and its fonts are served from our own server.
Cookies and your privacy choices
This website sets no cookies of its own. Content from other providers, such as YouTube videos, loads only if you allow it in the privacy banner. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name “vibestro-consent”, so that we do not have to ask again; it stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page.
YouTube videos
Game trailers are hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you allow YouTube videos, a trailer plays on this website when you click it, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Google then receives your IP address and information about your device and viewing, and may set cookies. Without your consent, the trailer opens on YouTube's own website instead, and our pages send no data to YouTube.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Google may transfer data to the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google processes the data under its own privacy policy.
Contacting us
If you write to us by e-mail, we use your address and your message only to answer you and to handle your request, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if your request concerns a contract with us, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Our e-mail is hosted by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland, which processes it on our behalf. The European Commission has recognised Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Hosting
The website runs on servers of OVHcloud (OVH Groupe SAS), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France in the European Union, which processes the server data on our behalf.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as the Land of Heroes website, app stores and social networks. Their operators process data under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time under “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU or EEA member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
